Christmas Tree Weed
This was taken about 2 or 3 months ago and I have no idea what type of plant it is. I thought it was interesting because of its resemblance to clusters of small yellow christmas trees. This is a night picture of it, that really makes it stand out. During the day the color is not as vibrant.

All Eyes on this East Texan...Lady Bird Johnson
First Lady Johnson was the wife of President Lyndon B. Johnson, who was president of the United States from 1963 to 1969. Claudia Alta "Lady Bird" Taylor (Johnson) was born December 22 in Karnack, Texas, a small town in Harrison County near the Louisiana border, but graduated from Marshall Senior High School. She had a love for beautifying the nation so she started a project called Society for a More Beautiful National Capital that allowed residents and tourists to plant millions of flowers because she believed that "where flowers bloom," so does hope.

The Little Pond
If you look close at the middle of the photo,
you can see how the rich fall colors seem to
form an illusion of an entrance into the
tree and bush clusters.
